At Hemant & Nandita, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury garment is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
